Ma’anshan COSMOS Chemical Co., Ltd. (Ma’anshan COSMOS), as the group’s second largest factory in Cihu High-tech Development Zone, not only implements the high-standard manufacturing management system of SINOBEST, but also lays much emphasis on innovation and quality. Since its inception in 2017, the Company has been focusing on R&D and production personal care ingredients, and reflects its outstanding professional capability and market competitiveness in the field of UV filters.

Driven by the value of “Technological Innovation & Mindful Learning”, the Company has cultivated a high-quality well-experienced management and R&D team, including 44 full-time R&D employees. So far the Company has obtained 7 invention patents and 13 utility model patents, and owns independent intellectual property rights and technical reserve. Over the past years, the Company has constantly promoted the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, optimized the production techniques, and continuously explored the international market, in order to satisfy the constant demands of global market for high-quality UV filters.

Ma’anshan COSMOS integrated digital technology into its manufacturing and operation, achieving superior product quality in line with GMP standards. The Company designed and constructed based on digital workshop and intelligent factory standards, featured SIS safety instrument system and DCS production process control system, established AS/RS automated storage and retrievals system. Over the years, the company has also invested in a robust OA and ERP infrastructure, moving towards a paperless office environment and ensuring comprehensive tracking of production, materials, and inventory, which has significantly bolstered operational transparency and efficiency.

The Company passed the certification of QMS, OHS management system and EMS as well as the SGS EU cosmetics ingredient certification (EFfCI GMP) and ICH Q7 audit in 2021; recognized as “Ma’anshan Digital Workshop” in 2022; recognized as “Provincial Innovative Small and Medium-sized Enterprise and “SRDI” Small and Medium-sized Enterprise, and National High-tech Enterprise in 2023; approved as “Ma’anshan Enterprise R&D Center” in 2024.
